These instructions explain how you search and order photos in our photo database.
How You Search
You will always be able to find the search field below no matter on which page you are.
- On the image above you see the search field in which you search among our numerous photos. You can select from which catalogue you want to see show pictures.
- Choose the year, from which you want to see show photos.
- Next you choose the show, from which you want to see photos. If you do not choose a show, you search amoung ALL the photos from the year chosen.
- In this field you can enter precisely the search word for the photos that you want to find. Here it could be a good idea for instance to search for the name of the rider or the horse. You can also write both names in the search field seperated by a space. Furthermore you can write for instance “Tina Lund -Red -Wood” if you want to leave out photos of the horse ”Red Wood” in your search.
- When you have chosen your search criteria, click on “Search” to start searching. You can also click “Enter” when you have written something in “Search word” to start searching.
HINTS:
It is an advantage to search both with a chosen year and a chosen show in 1. and 2. and with several search words in 3. E.g. “the rider’s name (space) the name of the horse”.
How You View the Photos
When you click on a photo in the overview that you want to view closer, the photo will open up in a new window as illustrated below.
- Use the arrows to leaf through the photos, that you searched for.
- See here what you searched for, and see the additional search words to this photo. Here you can also put check marks in the additional search words and click ”Continue searching”. In this way you can delimit your search avoiding to have to go to the overview of the photos to continue searching.
- Click on the basket and add the photo to the basket. When you close the window, you will also see in the overview of the photos, that the photo has now been added to your basket.
- Click on the photo to close the window.
How You Put the Photos in the Basket
How to Use the Basket
- Click on ”Basket”, as illustrated on the above picture to get to view the photos, that you have put in your basket.
- Click on ”Choose format” at every photo to choose the different formats, in which you want to order the photos.
- Click on ”Remove from basket”, if you want to remove the photo from your basket.
When you click on format at every photo, you should choose the formats in which you want the photo to be delivered. It is possible to order different sizes and several copies of the same photo.

- Choose number
- Choose colour of the frame, if you order the photo as photo on canvas (the photo will be printed on canvas so that it looks like a painting)
- When you have chosen the different formats for this photo, click on ”Save”. You will then return to the overview of your basket, and can then choose formats for the rest of the photos.
- When you have chosen in which formats you want the different photos, click on ”Go to customer info”. You CANNOT go on, before you have chosen formats for ALL photos. If you have photos in your basket, that you do not want to order anyhow, click ”Remove from basket” at the right side of the photo.
Fill in Customer Info
- All bold fields should be filled in.
- Click here in this field, if the delivery address is different from the billing address. When you click in this field, a new box will appear, in which you should write the delivery address.
- Use the field ”Notes” to write, if you have specific wishes for your photos. However, please note that some corrections can involve a larger process for us. In these cases we will contact you concerning price etc.
- Select how you want your digital photos delivered.
- Tick this field, if you want us to put your order up front and handle it faster.
- Chose by which mode of payment, that you wish to pay your order. Please note, that the order will only be generated, when payment has been registered.
- Put a check mark here, if you want the homepage to remember your customer information. when you enter this homepage in the future.
- Click here to go to ”Order confirmation”.
Order Confirmation
On this page you should confirm, that every information in the order is correct, which means billing address, delivery address, products and mode of payment.
- You cannot confirm your order until you have accepted the conditions of copyrights, terms of payment and delivery of Wiegaardens Fotostudio.
- When you have accepted the terms and conditions, click ”Accept order”. Following you will come to the next and last tab ”Dispatched”, and your order has now been received and registered.
